We ship with NZ Post Couriers

NZ Post will also send a tracking email

Packages should be inspected immediately and any damage reported to the delivery driver and us

All items are sent as must be signed for - if you agree to an authority to leave, this is TOTALLY at your risk after delivery

Items sent to a PO Box are also sent with NZ Post

They will also require a Signature

If you have given NZ Post Rural Delivery permission to sign for on your behalf then they will consider the parcel delivered at that time

If you want, we can select No Authority to Leave which means that they MUST have your signature. Please put this in your shipping notes
