OSCAL PILOT 5 Rugged Smartphone

Built Stronger. Powered Longer.

The OSCAL PILOT 5 is a seriously rugged smartphone built for people who work and operate where ordinary phones struggle.

With a massive 15,000mAh battery, 5G connectivity, 140dB high-output speaker, 30m ultra-wide camping light, IP68/IP69K protection, 120Hz display, the PILOT 5 is designed to be more than just a phone — it's a practical tool for work, adventure and demanding environments.

Whether you're working outdoors, heading into remote country, operating around machinery or simply need a phone that can take some punishment, the PILOT 5 is built to keep going.

Built for the Tough Stuff

The PILOT 5 has been designed around one simple idea: your phone shouldn't be the weak point.

Its rugged construction is designed to cope with dust, water, impacts and demanding outdoor conditions.

With IP68 and IP69K protection, the phone is designed for environments where water and dust are part of the job.

At 25.3mm thick and 570g, the PILOT 5 is substantial, but that size allows OSCAL to pack in an enormous battery, powerful speaker and dedicated outdoor lighting system.

Rugged - Doesn't mean unbreakable

Rugged Devices have a rating and are tested in a laboratory to that rating, if you break your device you have in all likelihood exceeded that rating and it's NOT a warranty claim.

This applies to any phone and any brand not just ours

A Massive 15,000mAh Battery

Battery life is one of the biggest advantages of the PILOT 5.

The 15,000mAh battery is considerably larger than those found in conventional smartphones, providing the endurance needed for long shifts and extended trips away from mains power.

Actual battery life will vary depending on network coverage, applications, screen brightness and usage.

33W Fast Charging

When you do need to recharge, 33W fast charging gets the phone back into action faster.

Use It as a Power Bank

The PILOT 5 also supports 5W reverse charging, allowing the phone's large battery to provide power to another compatible device.

That could be particularly useful when you're away from a vehicle or mains power and need to keep another device running.
